Built by the people who used to do the work
Iqonic Global Technologies LLC was founded by an engineering manager and a technical recruiter who had spent years on opposite sides of the same broken process. One kept receiving shortlists assembled from keyword matches; the other kept being told to send thirty résumés and let the client sort it out. So we put practitioners in charge of vetting: engineers screening engineers, finance leaders screening finance talent. We also build our own software, because a firm that recommends engineering should be able to do engineering. We are early. That is exactly why the first engagement is built to be easy to walk away from.

Four rules we don't bend
Written down because we actually use them to make calls, including the call to turn work away.
Craft over volume
We'd rather send four names worth interviewing than forty worth deleting. Very few of the engineers we screen reach a shortlist, and that ratio is the whole product.
Own the outcome
Placements carry a 90-day refill guarantee; product work ships as working software every Friday. Either way, we're on the hook for the result, not the activity.
Say the uncomfortable thing
If the role is mis-priced, we say so on the first call. If a strong candidate is wrong for your on-call culture, we don't send them. Trust compounds; polish doesn't.
Build what we recommend
We ship AI products, dashboards, and web apps with our own hands, this site included. It's why our vetting works: we're hiring for jobs we've done.
Small on purpose
No account managers, no handoffs. The people below are the people you'll actually work with.
